“The opportunity to speak God’s truth and show his love through the context of collegiate sports is such a privilege! In a world where we value sports and athletic ability at the highest levels, to have a voice in that community is an amazing opportunity that we shouldn’t take for granted.”
Kyle Kilgore – Collegiate Rep (Men’s Olympic Sports)
I am a husband and father of 3 and mentor to 2. God has called me out of IT and into ministry. I am raising support to be able to minister to collegiate athletes at the University of Maryland. This is an amazing opportunity where I can combine my love of Jesus Christ and my passions for sports.
Our purpose is to bring Christ and His love to the coaches and athletes through huddles and one-on-one relationship building and then support them in their walk.
My ministry efforts through FCA are possible because of appreciated donors’ faithful prayer and financial support.
Kaley Evans – Collegiate Rep (Women’s Olympic Sports)
As a basketball walk-on at North Carolina State University, God used the ministry of FCA to strengthen my faith and lead some of my teammates into authentic relationships with Him. After working as an engineer for 3 years and volunteering for FCA in Maryland, I saw and felt a tremendous need to engage coaches and athletes with the life changing message of the Gospel. I am grateful for the calling to the ministry of FCA, and I am expectant for what the Lord will do.
My role with FCA involves ministering to collegiate athletes at the University of Maryland. This work equips and empowers young women to live out their faith in sport and beyond. My ministry efforts through FCA are only possible because of donors’ faithful financial support and prayer. Thank you for considering partnership with me as we walk side by side in this eternal work.
